The Jingle Mingle is our school Christmas Fair. It’s a festive extravaganza of fun stalls hosting different crafts and games, food and drink, and a special story time with Santa. This year we have booked the wonderful Avening Silver band who are kindly (for a very reduced fee) playing throughout the event, from kicking off the Jingle Mingle in the playground as the kids come out of school to finishing on a rousing communal carol sing along at the end. 

As well as creating festive magic for Woodchester School families this event is also one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. There is a gang of elves working behind the scene to bring this event to life. We have calculated the cost of running this event is going to be around £600. We have decided not to charge entry to keep the event as inclusive as possible but are welcoming donations before and during the event. 

All kids coming to the event will have free access to Santa story time with a small gift and all the Christmas games. We will be raising money through the sale of food and drink and some of the craft stalls and other activities like present wrapping. 

Your kind donations will all go towards the cost of a new covered outdoor seating area with stage and the revamp of existing playground equipment.
